Appointment Policy
To ensure that you get an appointment for the date and time you desire, we suggest booking all appointments a few weeks in advance. Our website displays the most up-to-date availability.
Consultations Policy
We provide complimentary aesthetic skin and injectable consultations. There is a limit of two (2) free consultations per person per 365 days.
If you’d like a more in-depth skin analysis utilizing the VISIA to capture your individual facial characteristics with one of our expert providers, there is a $50 charge that will be applied as a credit on your account to use towards skin care or a service. We believe an informed client with realistic expectations will be most satisfied with our treatments and results. Our consultations include education about your unique skin type, a comprehensive discussion about all options available to you, both immediate and long term, and a clear plan of action based on your individual goals. This will include 1 additional VISIA scan within 365 days to track your progress.
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our providers, for non-group appointments, please provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be charged $50 if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than twenty-four (24) hours in advance. For group appointments, there is a seventy-two (72) hour cancellation policy, and the credit card on file will be charged $200 if canceled less than seventy-two (72) hours in advance.
If you arrive more than ten (10) minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule to avoid disrupting other clients’ appointments, along with a $50 late fee. In the event of a no call/no show, the cost of your service will be charged. If a client has 2 late cancelled/no shows, a deposit will be required to book any future appointments.
Pricing & Prepayments Policy
Pricing for products and services is subject to change any time. Once prepaid, you have up to 1 year to redeem the purchased service(s).
If there are any payment issues with a client’s credit or debit card or Cherry – chargebacks, fraud issues, etc., we cannot accept credit or debit cards or Cherry from the client and require payment in cash.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We do not offer any returns or refunds on services performed. We always do our best to get your desired outcome but results vary from person to person. Nothing is guaranteed. If additional services/treatments are needed, clients will be responsible unless specified by the owner.
We do not offer refunds on retail products unless they are defective or you have an allergy. An allergic reaction needs pictures and documentation.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards.
Child Policy
To ensure the safety of children (under the age of 18) and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while receiving their services. If you cannot find childcare, please call us to reschedule your appointment.
An adult must accompany children under the age of eighteen (18) receiving services.
